Did my order go through? Where's my receipt?

After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout. If you don't see this confirmation in your inbox or in your junk email folders, click here to have it re-sent. Still not seeing it? Drop us a line and we'll get it sorted out right away.

Where are my tickets?

That depends on which delivery method you selected. Event promoters may choose to offer any or all of these options:

  • Will-Call - Will-call tickets are not physical tickets. Ticket holders' names will be given to the venue or event promoters before the event. Typically attendees will have to present photo ID to be admitted.
  • Print-at-Home - Print-at-Home tickets are delivered to the supplied email address soon after the purchase is complete. Tickets can then be printed on any standard printer.
A link to your Print-at-Home tickets is included in your email confirmation and receipt. Click the link to access your tickets on our website, and then print your tickets on any standard printer. Don't have a printer? In many cases, tickets can be scanned from a smart phone, as long as you are able to display the QR code. If you're unsure if this is possible at your event, just ask!
  • Postal Mail - Postal mail tickets will be sent by U.S. Mail. Usually, tickets are mailed within 7-10 days of purchase. In some cases the event organizer may choose to hold tickets to be mailed closer to the event. If this happens, you'll be notified during checkout and in your receipt.
If your event is coming up and you still haven't received your tickets, please let us know!

I can't make it to the event. Can I give my tickets to someone else?

Usually! Print-at-Home and mailed tickets can be physically transferred to another person unless prohibited by the particular event. Will Call tickets can also be switched in advance; just contact customer service at least 24 hours before show time to change the names. Attendees must bring photo ID to the event.

Can I have a refund?

In general, all ticket sales are final. However, it is up to the event promoter for the particular event to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you think you should get a refund, please contact customer service and we'll see what we can do!

Are tickets available at the door?

Some events will have tickets available at the door after online ticket sales have ended. Please refer to the event details page for your event for specific info, or contact the venue directly to confirm.

My event was canceled. What now?

Bummer! If your event is cancelled, we will contact each ticket holder with details about refunds or a rescheduled show as soon as we have it.

Wait, I have another question!
