People have an enormous capacity for adapting to change and bouncing back from hardship and adversity. Research shows they require authentic inspiration from people whom they can trust to guide them, know them, empathize with them, and keep their best interests at heart. They begin losing faith and commitment when leaders leave them feeling invisible and devalued. As human beings we crave access and genuine connection with the people who matter most to us - particularly when the going gets tough.

Participants will:

·       Impact the human side of change and transition
